"Excellent experience!! I had my first (& hopefully only) root canal with Dr. Bruno yesterday. I was horrified when I found out I needed this procedure as I've always heard horror stories. Dr. Bruno was personable and put me at ease right away by explaining in a way that didn't make it sound scary. If you worry about mouth shots, I'd give a 10/10 for gentleness. The whole experience was pretty equivalent to a basic filling as far as I knew while chilling with my shades on. I hope I don't need to go again, but I'd feel confident going to Dr. Nimmich's office if I had to. The entire staff was kind, well humored, and great to deal with from start to finish. They even have coffee, tea, and waters in the waiting room"
"I must start by saying how welcoming my visit was at Nimmich Endodontics. I knew I was going to probably need a root canal and wasnāt looking forward to it. I had a complex situation that required a specialist to perform. Dr. Bruno made it seem like childs play. What an exceptional Doctor. He fit me in his busy day as I was not a scheduled appointment. He continued to check on me throughout the procedure ensuring my comfort and if I needed anything. His assistant Ashley was right there helping him along. She went over everything with me beforehand making sure I understood what they were going to do and if I had any questions. Very professional and at the same time so pleasant. She really knows her stuff and made everything go smooth assisting Doc Bruno. Let me not forget Ashton at the front desk. By the time I had my paperwork filled out she had the specifics of everything laid out for me for cost and how it works so the doctor could get right to work. She was timely and efficient making it possible for me to get taken right back. They are a wonderful team and made my wife and I feel right at home in a place nobody feels at home. Pretty amazing. I will highly recommend them to to everyone I know. The Doc Bruno informed me if I needed him for anything at all not to hesitate calling him. "I had bitten into an oyster shell and was terrified I had permanently damaged a nerve in a front tooth. I was referred to Dr Nimmich and they worked me in that same day. The entire staff was so very kind, so concerned, and so helpful. Instead of immediately saying āgot to have root canalā, like I expected, I was gently but thoroughly checked and x-rayed. A follow up call from the Dr later that afternoon assured me it was likely a severe shock to the nerve and some bruising but a few days of tlc may be all that I need. I canāt tell you how much I appreciate every person in this office. They went out of their way to be extra gentle and considerate and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. Great great group of people! Phenomenal care!"

The entire process was narrated step by step so nothing was a surprise. I didnt even have to get prescribed any antibiotics or medication. I took 2 Goody powders before the numbing pain wore off and hadn't need anything else since!!!! I finally got a good night's sleep since the tooth started bothering me. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel good about being there. The dentist that did the procedure did a great job and really cared!!! I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needed dental care."

Dr Bruno correctly diagnosed a very tiny crack in a molar. Happily his accurate diagnosis resulted in the tooth only needing a crown vs a more costly root canal. If you are referred to Nimmich Endodontics you can be assured your dental treatment will be of the highest quality. 5 stars isn't enough."

"Okay I think they watered down the whole root canal process a bit too much. I felt like my mouth was open for 7 whole days versus the 30 minutes communicated (actually took about 90 minutes since I have a crown). Overall things went well, I had no pain after the procedure (took ibuprofen as instructed) and Dr Bruno even called the next day to confirm everything was okay. š"

"I cannot praise this office enough. A terrible and painful dental accident brought me to their door, and their entire staff was amazing, every step of the way. We felt instantly at home, and all were very caring and super sympathetic; every part of my care was patiently explained. The ladies out front were so kind and accommodating, and the whole place was immaculate, warm, and comfortable. Dr. Bruno was excellent and despite the necessary procedures to put me back together, he kept me completely out of pain! He is compassionate and his patient education was top-notch. He even personally checked in on me after to monitor my progress throughout coordinating doctors' treatments. They made us feel like we were family right when we were filled with anxiety, dealing with a very nasty injury. I would give them ten stars, if available!"

My unusual request for an exam and evaluation was efficiently handled by Amber at the front desk. Doctor agreed to see me. Due to the history of this tooth and my anxiety, I went into the office feeling super anxious and on the verge of tears. Ashton was warm and calm as she took the xray needed for assement. Next, Dr Nimmich came in and sat down on a stool and we talked about my situation and history. They let me settle as they listened and asked questions. The exam was quick and efficient and I felt calm throughout. Ashton stayed in the room while Dr Nimmich talked about what he saw, showed my the xray while educating me and explaining what I should be concerned about and what was normal, and then gave me two options for a referral.Backstory: About 5 years ago, when my dentist was struggling to diagnose an issue with a tooth they had referred me to Dr Nimmich's office. At that appointment, Dr Nimmich found the actual problem and sent me back to my dentist as the fix was outside Dr Nimmich's speciality.
