From my first appointment, Dr. Bruno already knew what needed to be done fix a root canal I had done 12 years prior at a separate endodontist and explained my options about proceeding very clearly. They were very knowledgeable, polite and great personalities to be surrounded by.During my procedure Ashton and Dr. Bruno made sure I was comfortable the entire time and kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. "Excellent visit and service. Was in signiificant pain from a cracked tooth.Dr. Nimmich graciously explained what was going on with my tooth and that he could do a root canal, but that wasn't the best option. He cited a recent study that said 27 out of 27 teeth in my situation had to be extracted within 5 years after having a root canal. I was very thankful for his honesty as I just wanted to be done with the pain. The technology that he uses is incredible. His staff is top notch and very professional. Will definitely go back if I have any future issues and will highly recommend his practice to others."

"If all dental professionals and offices were like Dr Nimmich's then getting dental work would be a zero anxiety experience for me.I saw Dr Nimmich this week for the second time in five years. My unusual request for an exam and evaluation was efficiently handled by Amber at the front desk. Doctor agreed to see me. Due to the history of this tooth and my anxiety, I went into the office feeling super anxious and on the verge of tears. Ashton was warm and calm as she took the xray needed for assement. Next, Dr Nimmich came in and sat down on a stool and we talked about my situation and history. They let me settle as they listened and asked questions. The exam was quick and efficient and I felt calm throughout. Ashton stayed in the room while Dr Nimmich talked about what he saw, showed my the xray while educating me and explaining what I should be concerned about and what was normal, and then gave me two options for a referral.Backstory: About 5 years ago, when my dentist was struggling to diagnose an issue with a tooth they had referred me to Dr Nimmich's office. At that appointment, Dr Nimmich found the actual problem and sent me back to my dentist as the fix was outside Dr Nimmich's speciality. What I remembered all this time later was the feeling of safety and calm and professionalism that Dr Nimmich projected, as well as the serene and capable feel of the office. This second appointment, years later, was at the same level of excellence as the first."

"I drove (from Atlanta, Ga. to Sumter, S.C.) 4 hours to my appointment with Dr. Nimmich. My wait time was only the time it took me to complete the paperwork. Dr. Nimmich --and his staff-- was friendly, personable, and made me feel at ease. The technology is state of the art. He was fascinated at the condition tooth #20 and the nerve inside was in, so he asked my permission to use the CT images for educational purposes. Using the images, he explained what he observed and rendered a diagnosis. The images were really cool! Also, he allowed my daughter, who is a nurse, to stay with me as he explained my situation to the both of us."

"My daughter has to get extensive work done due to enamel deficiencies in some of her teeth. Dr. Nimmich is so kind and patient with her. He shows her everything he is going to use and tells her exactly what is going to happen. He checks in with her during the procedures multiple times to ensure she is doing ok and that she is not nervous about anything. We love her regular dentist, but are so happy with him recommending Dr. Nimmich to do the more extensive treatment."

Sadly, the root canal I need is a retreat and after a lot of extensive research there are two Endodontist that are even willing to look at a retreat of a root canal to save a tooth.
